PCT 2015 Day 47: Zero
- Start: 789.1
- End: 789.1
- Miles: 0
- Camp: Hostel California, Bishop
I slept badly despite being in a hotel room, so wrote off today as a bad job. The state final of the junior rodeo was in town and beds were scarce (and expensive) but today we had chance to investigate options better. We moved from the hotel we’d gotten last night when we arrived late to the Hostel California where dorm beds are $20 and they have loaner clothes and bikes. It was a zero day so we muddled through the usual town chores of laundry, post office and whatnot. Bishop is down in the desert and 106F today so everything takes lots of time and effort. Plus I still feel remarkably queasy and tired so I think I might take another zero tomorrow.
