Tonight No Man’s Land is showing at the Cort Theatre, with Patrick Stewart and Ian McKellen, so I lined up at 8.30am for $30 Rush seats. When I arrived there were only 3 people in line so I risked a walk around the corner to fuel up on coffee and breakfast, and only 2 more had joined the line by the time I got back. The coffee cup kept the cold at bay for the first 40 minutes or so, but by 9.30 I was starting to feel the freezing temperatures. It’s almost dead on 32F/0C today. It was worth it though, a seat in the second row of the orchestra tonight. I think I might have another go tomorrow for Waiting for Godot.
